Services

I offer a full complement of musical services, from solo steel drum and guitar to a full band. Because the number of musicians hired is a primary factor in cost, the "scalable band" concept gives my clients a range of good choices.

About

As a guitarist,steel drummer and bandleader, Michael provides upbeat music for events all over the region, at locations including San Francisco City Hall, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Palace of Fine Arts, Sonoma Mission Inn, St. Francis Hotel, Carnelian Room, Sunset Magazine Idea Home and the San Jose Convention Center.

Michael also gives music workshops and classes to community groups and teaches a youth steel drum band in San Francisco's Sunset District.

Michael has performed at many of the Bay Area's top venues, including Great American Music Hall, Bruno's, and Fillmore Jazz Festival. As a member of local favorites Project Pimento, he was twice nominated for SF Weekly Music Awards, performed at the SF Weekly Music Awards show, the Northern California Emmy Awards show, and was featured on XM satellite radio.
